We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from namavari. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges.

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in original condition and in their original packaging. 

Each package requires a Return Authorization Number (RMA).  After request for an RMA has been submitted, you will receive an email with the RMA number and the address where the returns are to be sent. 

All packages received by namavari. without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Here are the basic steps:
• Include your order number and email associated with your order number.
• Indicate the items you are returning and the reason for the return.
• Once the form has been completed and submitted, you will receive an email with your RMA number and where to send the return.
• We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• Insure package for proper protection.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return.

Q: What are my shipping options?

A: We currently offer two shipping options, Standard Shipping and 2nd Day Air, within the United States. With Standard Shipping, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 7 to 10 business days. We are sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. We are sorry, but currently we cannot deliver outside the United States.

A: Track packages

Find the UPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.ups.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS's web site. Marimekko operates 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day; however that varies daily according to order volume. Please allow for up to 3-5 days for order processing before your order ships.

If your order appears late, remember:
• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
